What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping the benefits of the employer’s solutions to customer business requirements

Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding and product adoption

Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software in a timely manner

Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective plans for accounts, including events and seminars

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience

Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, and strategies

Confidence and expertise with presentations, customer service, and negotiation skills at customer engagement levels

Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions

Holds broad expertise to contribute to the development of company objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

BA/BS or equivalent educational background
