The Senior Paralegal will provide advanced legal and administrative support to the Office of the General Counsel. The role has heavy exposure to contract review, legal research, employment law matters, and contract lifecycle management, with additional involvement in immigration and intellectual property support. Key Responsibilities
Proofread, review, and manage complex contracts and agreements under the direction of the General Counsel Conduct advanced legal research and prepare summaries and documentation Utilize legal templates and prepare documents for review and approval Coordinate with internal departments to support legal compliance and contract preparation Manage the General Counsel’s calendar, legal requests, and docket Track the lifecycle of contracts and legal matters across the organization Maintain organized, confidential legal records and contract management systems Support employment law compliance and documentation Assist with immigration-related filings and employee documentation Support intellectual property portfolio management, including trademarks and copyrights Qualifications
Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm Strong background in contract review, proofreading, and lifecycle management Advanced legal research and document preparation skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Benefits
