As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the department's overall operations.
Pay: Up to $23 hr + 10% quarterly bonus.
Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing apartment turns and responding to work orders across multiple skill areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance. This role also supports community upkeep through grounds cleanup and seasonal responsibilities.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
A candidate should have experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Plumbing, contracting, builders' certifications, and licenses are a plus! Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary is appreciated.
