Compensation:
$18.00/hr to $22.00/hr depending on attitude and experience

Job Summary Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, general building and ground maintenance, general maintenance of currently occupied apartments, troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues, appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing and conducting move-in/move out inspections.
Key Qualifications
Positive, "How can I help" attitude
High School Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience of repair work
Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
A/C Certified Type I-II (Universal Preferred)
Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
Must enjoy interacting with people with ability to develop rapport quickly
Committed to providing exceptional customer experience
Genuinely concerned about customer needs
Solution-focused and Results-driven
Exemplary communication skills
Desire to learn
Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environment
