Regional Field Sales Director - Remote (West Coast)

A growing SaaS company in legal tech is seeking a Field Sales Director to lead their sales team and manage revenue forecasts. This remote role requires candidates to be based on the US west coast and involves significant travel. Candidates must have over 10 years of SaaS sales experience and at least 4 years in sales leadership. Experience with legal SaaS tools and MEDPICC training are pluses. Compensation includes a $175k base salary with a 50/50 OTE split.
