About the Role Lloyd Staffing is looking for a driven Junior Business Development Representative to support our growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to break into staffing sales and is energized by outreach, relationship building, and opening new doors.
This position is heavily focused on new business development; you’ll be generating new client conversations, identifying hiring needs, and helping grow Lloyd’s presence across the region.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage new hiring managers and decision‑makers
Drive high‑volume outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn activity, and targeted networking
Build a strong sales pipeline and schedule introductory calls/meetings
Understand client staffing needs and collaborate with recruiters to align talent solutions
Assist in managing new accounts you bring in, ensuring strong service and retention
Continue business development efforts while steadily expanding your account portfolio
Track activities, opportunities, and metrics within CRM and sales reporting tools
What We’re Looking For
Strong drive to work in sales and business development especially in staffing
Confident communicator who is comfortable reaching out to new contacts daily
Highly self‑motivated, competitive, resilient, and goal‑oriented
Ability to handle a fast‑paced, activity‑heavy environment
Plus if you have experience in sales, customer interaction, or competitive roles
Someone looking for long‑term growth into Account Manager / Senior BD roles
