Travelling for customer meetings and industry conferences needed
OTE: $220,000 50% base / 50% commission Equity included
Our client is a defense-focused technology company that provides data, analytics, and software solutions to help government leaders make faster, better-informed decisions. Their platform supports the U.S. Department of Defense and federal agencies across areas such as logistics, supply chain, readiness, and resource allocation. What You’ll Do Lead early and mid-stage sales activities across assigned accounts Prospect and develop new opportunities within DoD and Fed Civ agencies Run discovery conversations and deliver executive-level pitches Support pricing, scoping, and deal strategy alongside senior leaders Develop customer-facing business cases and value narratives Mentor junior AEs within the cohort model Contribute to pipeline strategy and account planning Who We’re Looking For Service Academy graduate or equivalent elite military background strongly preferred Prior military officer experience with deep service-area familiarity Private-sector experience (consulting, tech, finance, operations, or similar) Demonstrated ability to communicate complex value propositions to senior stakeholders Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments High ownership mindset with long-term leadership potential Bonus Experience: DoD or Federal sales exposure Logistics, supply chain, or operational domain expertise
