We partner with more than 43,000 dealer partners across North America to finance customers and grow dealer profitability. We are expanding our Dealer Account Manager team to support current and future dealer partners throughout the assigned region. Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to dealership management teams, communicating Westlake products, programs, and funding solutions. Identify new sales prospects, follow up on leads and referrals, and develop relationships with independent and franchise dealers. Consult and train dealers on current Westlake programs, fast funding requirements, and the DealerTrack or RouteOne approval processes. Assist dealers in preparing sales contracts and verifying required documentation for Westlake approval. Participate in dealer marketing events, trade shows, seminars, and telemarketing activities. Maintain accurate dealer contact records, sales activity data, and monitor dealer performance metrics. Qualifications
1–2 year’s experience in automotive finance or dealer sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. College degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency with dealer management systems such as DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL (beneficial). Valid state driver’s license and readiness to travel locally to dealer partners. Compensation & Pay Plan
Target first‑year income $60,000–$130,000; guaranteed minimum $5,000 monthly base plus performance‑based commissions, with additional $1,000 monthly base thereafter. Average earnings after one year $160,000; top 25% reps $245,000; top 50% reps $305,000. No limit on commissions; monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement program average $450. Benefits
