Position Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio & Kentucky. Applicants must reside in these states.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.

Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11 am‑8 pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain department work at home requirements including a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

2‑3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
