Inside Sales Representative – Remote

Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through a combination of base salary and commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Paid training for 16 weeks (licensed hires) and 18 weeks (unlicensed hires).
Comprehensive medical benefits from day one.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start time (example 11am–8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided; home workspace must be dedicated, with a wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). No satellite or mobile internet.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication and analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing proficiency and PC competence.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
