Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
From day one, begin paid training in a remote work environment.
All representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training includes licensing.
Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming leads are warm.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11am–8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided. Maintain a professional workspace with dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download, ≥20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile services not supported.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service–related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if not obtained).
