Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring motivated, people-focused individuals for its Inside Sales Representative training program, beginning February 2026. The role is remote and open to candidates located in Arizona.
Pay & Compensation
Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
Starting base salary for unlicensed hires: $45,000 with opportunity for growth plus a generous commission structure
Average first‑year earnings: $55,000 – $75,000 (base + commission)
Top performers (second year and onward) can earn $85,000+
Training & Schedule
Unlicensed Class Begins: January 26, 2026
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026
Training period: 16 weeks for licensed hires; 18 weeks for unlicensed hires
All inbound sales representatives receive paid training and licensing (Property & Casualty)
Day‑one benefits: comprehensive medical coverage
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. CST
Maximum 12‑month period on this schedule before shift change consideration
All necessary equipment provided; a dedicated workspace and high‑speed wired internet (≥100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) are required
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm lead conversion
Consult with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs, matching coverage, products, and benefits
Convert sales leads into policyholders while maintaining a customer‑centric approach
Represent the Liberty brand with integrity and enthusiasm
Adapt to remote or office environments and flexible schedules
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills to close sales
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities
Typing proficiency and PC competency
Property & Casualty license required after hire
