Job Overview
Future Remote Inside Sales Representatives will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. All training is paid, and licensing is included for unlicensed hires.

Licensing Class Begins: February 9, 2026

Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales Excellent communication skills with prospects and customers Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills Typing skill and PC proficiency Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if not already held)
