Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

Liberty Mutual Insurance . The position involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs, and converting leads into policyholders.
Pay range
Base salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
Additional compensation may include commissions, with average earnings ranging from $55K to $75K. Top performers can earn up to $85k+.
Starting base salary for new hires: $45K, with growth potential.
Key dates
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026.

Position details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, training includes licensing.
Training schedule: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST), for a minimum of 12 months.
All computer equipment provided; a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download, ≥20 Mbps upload) required.
No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.

Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if not currently held).
