Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026
Job Details Role: Inside Sales Agent handling inbound calls & warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs, matching coverages, and converting leads into policyholders.
Location: Florida (remote). Applicants must reside within state.
Schedule: 4 weekdays & 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST) for minimum 12 months.
Training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Paid training includes licensing. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls. Equipment provided.
Requirements: Availability to work specified schedule.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales or service experience (2 years required).
Strong interpersonal & persuasion skills.
Clear communication with prospects & customers.
Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Typing proficiency and PC‑proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
