Inside Sales Representative – Remote, Florida
Pay Range:
Base pay $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Starting base salary $45k with growth opportunities. Average earnings $55K–$75K. Top performers can earn up to $85K+.
Key Dates:
Licensed Class Begins: January 12, 2026. Unlicensed Class Begins: January 26, 2026.

Paid training, licensing in all 50 states, medical benefits from Day 1, no cold calls (only warm leads), rewards and recognition, all necessary computer equipment provided, professional workspace requirement, 4 weekdays + 1 weekend shift, mid‑morning start time (11am–8pm CST) for at least 12 months.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, and match appropriate coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders. All representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training covers licensing for those without one.
