Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45k with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55k-$75k through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Position Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Training and Schedule
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided. Must maintain a professional workspace with wired high-speed internet (≥ 100 MBps download, ≥ 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication skills to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
