Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

Job Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Florida. Applicants must reside within the state to be considered.

You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.

Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm CST. This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.

Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
