Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

Job Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Paid training includes licensing.

Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.

All computer equipment is provided; maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload); satellite and mobile internet not supported.

Qualifications

2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
