Pay Range Base salary:
$55,000 to $75,000 per year . Starting base salary for training: $45,000 with growth opportunities. Top performers can earn up to $85,000+.

Job Details
Paid training: 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed hires)
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1
No cold calls – only warm leads
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 11 AM‑8 PM CST, minimum 12 months
All computer equipment provided; requirement: high‑speed wired internet (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs.
Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Property and Casualty license required after hire.
