Future Remote Inside Sales Representative – Training starts January 2026. Key Dates
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026 Pay & Compensation
Base salary $55,000 - $75,000 per year (starting base $45k, opportunity to grow) Average earnings $55k-$75k; top performers earn $85k+. Location
Remote; must reside in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads. Consult customers on insurance needs and match appropriate coverages. Convert leads into policyholders. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Excellent communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Property & Casualty Insurance license required; training provided. Training & Schedule
16 weeks of training for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed. Schedule of 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day; mid‑morning start (example 11am‑8pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change. All computer equipment provided; must maintain home workspace with high‑speed internet (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Benefits
