Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
We are looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Contact Center Sales Organization as an Inside Sales Representative. This position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida.
Pay and Benefits Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr. Starting base salary is $45k with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55k – $75k through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents can earn up to $85k+.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Use sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and varying needs of policyholders.
Sincerely care that customers get the quality products and services they need.
Position Details
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional workspace/room with dedicated desk and wired internet connection. Minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile services.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
Eligibility Position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.
