Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth plus generous commission.

Average first‑year earnings range from $55K to $75K through a combination of base salary and commission.

Top‑performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.

Job Details As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details

Paid training in a remote work environment; training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.

All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty license required after hire.
