Outside Sales Representative – Hibu
We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You’ll sell websites, search ads, display ads, review & reputation management, social ads, and SEO to small businesses. You’ll also cold‑call, set appointments, conduct needs assessments, build relationships, present virtually or in person, and grow your own book of business while retaining clients for residual commissions.
On‑Target Earnings:
Year 1: $90k‑$100k; Year 2: $105k‑$125k, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities
Sell digital marketing solutions via partnership selling model.
Cold‑call business owners and prospect within a designated territory.
Set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
Grow own book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
Perform virtual and in‑person presentations.
Build client relationships across diverse industries.
