Base salary: $82,000.00/yr – $98,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience) Job Overview

We are dedicated to enhancing our clients' lives and our team's professional growth. As part of our high-performing sales team, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while working independently in your assigned territory. Core Responsibilities

Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate qualified clients. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text. Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and key decision‑makers. Prepare and conduct presentations for single employees and employee groups ranging from 5 to 100+. Develop relationships with local business owners and follow up on referral leads. Maintain and grow your own client portfolio. Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets. Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit your schedule to the sales manager each week. Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day. The Ideal Candidate

Hunger for learning, strong time‑management, and ability to work independently. Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues is a plus. Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check. Active driver’s license and reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed). Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (considered for candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional experience with relevant sales or athletic background).
