What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers and key members of the GPO organization
Manage GPO contracts to increase sales and market share, ensuring compliance with all contract requirements
Lead the Philips deal team for potential business within the GPO, supporting various Philips business sectors
Negotiate and manage terms and conditions during and after the RFP process for capital equipment and supplies
Oversee marketing and awareness creation campaigns within assigned GPOs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales, clinical, or business management with a focus on GPO operations/contracts
Previous experience with GPO agreements, contracting, and managing RFPs
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
Outstanding business acumen and communication skills, particularly in complex matrix environments

Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner effectively internally and externally
