Sales Manager
for our
Home Health
agency, you will: Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans Represent BrightStar Care to healthcare partners, referral sources, and community organizations Build strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and physicians Lead and support referral development across Stockton and surrounding areas Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely patient admissions Identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies to meet changing demands Maintain a strong presence in the community through networking, events, and outreach Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and referral partners Key Duties & Responsibilities Conduct regular outreach to referral sources and community partners Oversee account management to support client retention and satisfaction Mentor and support sales team members (if applicable) Attend and speak at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs Collaborate with marketing to align sales activities with brand efforts Analyze market trends and prepare performance reports for leadership Achieve and exceed monthly sales and referral targets Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of
outside sales
or
healthcare business development
experience (home health, hospice, or senior care preferred) Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Strong understanding of referral marketing and account management Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred Why Join BrightStar Care?
