Prospect new sales opportunities and qualify leads for the Japan market Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns Assist in the preparation and submission of sales quotations and legal documents Support the order process, including account verification and inventory checks Maintain and update information in the CRM system (Salesforce) What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related field Previous sales or customer service experience Ability to solve problems and think strategically Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven commercial experience in life sciences or NGS Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and/or prospecting tools Familiarity with commercial business operations and the sales lifecycle We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
