What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create and execute a business development plan to grow the Service Business unit and maximize profitability
Promote and sell LabScape Service Agreements and aftermarket products to customers across EMEA
Maintain and grow the Service Contract business for all product groups within the assigned territory
Develop and nurture customer relationships, positioning the employer as a long‑term business partner
Provide administrative support to customers and the field service team, including pricing inquiries and quotations
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for contract sales experience
Strong self‑motivation and drive to achieve positive outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels
Experience with order processing and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in French and German considered an advantage

Experience in the scientific instrumentation industry
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
Familiarity with document preparation and report writing skills
