What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Independently acquire and support customers while building and maintaining long-term relationships

Consult on the Managed Services portfolio, including infrastructure, cloud, platform, and application management

Collaborate closely with bid management, pre-sales, and delivery units

Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and negotiations

Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitive situations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Initial professional experience in IT sales, preferably focused on Managed Services

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing skills

Willingness to travel for customer support and participation in events, trade fairs, and workshops

Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in consulting or managing customer relationships in the IT sector

Familiarity with digital transformation and ERP landscapes
