As a Sales Manager, maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction.
Secure profitable growth within our product portfolio and targeted platforms.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer and business success.
As a results‑driven Sales Manager, support cash flow and EBIT targets for strong financial performance.
Maintain consistent presence with customer purchasing, engineering, and development teams.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical demonstrations.
As a strategic Sales Manager, define and execute mid‑ and long‑term account strategies.
Identify and secure new business through customer planning, relationship building, and active account management.
This Is What You Bring To Us
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field — ideal for a strong Sales Manager foundation.
5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in Tier 1 Automotive, with CRM experience supporting a data‑focused Sales Manager approach.
Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrating effective Sales Manager performance.
Experience with Asian OEMs preferred, especially Nissan or Hyundai/Kia — valuable for a global Sales Manager.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers as an outstanding Sales Manager.
