Territory & Focus
Primary Territory: Nashville Metro (Davidson, Rutherford & Williamson County only)
Public/Open-Enrollment Ownership: Fill and grow open‑enrollment programs in the three‑county territory.
Private/Onsite Programs: Support private/onsite programs across the Nashville Metro market.
Community Presence: Serve as a member of local associations and chambers with active participation (networking events, committee involvement, ribbon cuttings, Business After Hours).
What You’ll Do
Fill Nashville Metro public programs: Drive registrations for Dale Carnegie public/open-enrollment programs through outreach, partnerships, chamber engagement, and reactivation.
Manage & grow accounts: Take ownership of existing accounts and build lasting relationships.
Reactivate dormant relationships: Reconnect with past program participants and buyers to reignite demand.
Prospect & close new business: Build your own portfolio through targeted outreach, discovery, and solution‑based selling.
Be present in the market: Attend in‑person programs, client events, local association activities, and trade shows to strengthen connections and represent our brand.
Pipeline discipline: Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision‑makers; maintain clean CRM hygiene and weekly activity rhythms.

Home in Davidson County (preferred) or Nashville Metro (required) for focused prospecting and virtual meetings.
In‑market (frequently): local events, networking, client meetings, public program presence.
Office (occasionally): Nashville office (near BNA Airport) for team training, collaboration, and meetings.
Field (as needed): Private onsite programs at customer locations across the Nashville Metro market.
What You’ll Get
Compensation: $44,000 base with commission and bonus opportunities.
Commission eligibility begins immediately on a rolling commission scale.
Average OTE Year 1: $55,000.
Your earnings will increase over the next two years to reach an average of $75,000 – $100,000 by Year 3, as you successfully manage and grow your business.
Development: Top‑tier training in sales, business acumen, communication & leadership.
