What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants, ensuring ongoing training on sales processes and product offerings

Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive sales targets for assigned territory

Address escalated customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining high standards of customer service

Foster relationships with store partners and train them on product offerings and services

Monitor and drive store connectivity to enhance sales performance

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing a team

Completion of a high school diploma or GED

Proven ability to attract and retain top talent within a sales environment

Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative leadership style

Ability to motivate a commissioned sales force effectively
