What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts
Lead customer conversations with business-level insights to establish value and create demand
Drive, grow, and track sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics
Collaborate with key accounts on forecasting, fill‑rate expectations, and inventory levels
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of previous account management experience in distribution and/or manufacturing
Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills
Outstanding analytical, organizational, and executive‑level oral/written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in professional selling, marketing, or business-related field
Knowledge of safety products
Previous experience with a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
