Lead, train, and develop sales efforts, managing independent and direct sales representatives Drive growth with key customers and target accounts to meet or exceed sales expectations Develop programs to enhance product growth within the customer base Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction Create and implement sales strategies tailored to customer needs Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\'s degree in Business or Marketing preferred Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in competitive markets Previous sales experience in the Welding, Industrial, and/or Safety industries is strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Must be able to travel, with overnight stays a minimum of 2-3 nights per week Preferred qualifications
