Responsibilities
Lead field sales teams to exceed Signing & Activation Goals in designated areas
Manage and develop a team of 5-8 Account Executives and Territory Sales Executives
Develop and execute plans to increase revenue and profit through effective team leadership
Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and standards while managing overall network performance
Partner with Product and Finance to recommend adjustments and present business cases for approvals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or relevant fields
Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve practical challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales management role
Experience in the supermarket, mass merchandising, or check-cashing industry
Bi-lingual/bi-cultural experience is highly desired
Prior money transfer or financial services experience
Willingness to travel approximately 40-50%
