Responsibilities

Setting Appointments: 6–8 hrs per week scheduling meetings with potential clients.

Research: 4–5 hrs per week analyzing client information to customize options.

Meetings with Families: 2 days per week presenting options and assisting with applications.

Administrative: 2 hrs per week following up with carriers to facilitate underwriting.

Qualifications

Compensation Commission‑only based sales position. Average commission is approximately $600 per mortgage‑protection plan. Expectation: a full‑time agent will sell 5 to 10 plans per week. Additional premium financial products are available. Uncapped commission, competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are also offered.

No guarantees on earnings. Success depends on effort, training implementation, lead‑system engagement, and customer needs.
