What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability for assigned global strategic accounts
Develop and execute Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMPs) and manage pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract management
Coordinate and lead cross-functional internal resources to support customer objectives
Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and performance through scorecards and KPIs
Provide executive-level account updates, business reviews and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
10+ years of commercial and/or technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred
Proven solution‑selling and executive communication skills
Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel

Experience in a global, matrixed organization
Previous experience with strategic account management
Familiarity with the industrial manufacturing sector and its market trends
Ability to influence product development based on customer insights
