Founders 3 Management Company, in partnership with a new client, is seeking a Property Manager to lead a lease-up in the Madison market.
Responsibilities
Provide direct management oversight for the property.
Lead the lease-up process and maximize NOI and asset value.
Oversee property management operations, maintenance, tenant relations.
Support maintenance staff, manage accounts payable, collections.
Prepare annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
3-5 years of residential property experience.
Experience managing a lease-up (required).
Strong Microsoft Office, financial reporting and executive-level communication skills.
Preference for experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
Customer focused professionals are encouraged to apply.
