Responsibilities
Provide direct management oversight for the property.
Maximize net operating income (NOI) and asset value.
Manage day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Support maintenance and leasing staff.
Handle accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
3–5 years residential property management experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, financial reporting, and executive‑level communication.
Experience with Yardi or similar property‑management software is preferred.
Salary: From $65,000 annually.
