Founders 3 Management Company, in partnership with a new client, is seeking a Property Manager to lead a lease‑up in the Madison market. Customer‑focused professionals are encouraged to apply! The role involves the lease‑up and management of a high‑end project, providing direct management oversight, maximizing NOI and asset value.
Responsibilities
Property management, operations, maintenance and tenant relations.
Support maintenance staff.
Accounts payable, collections.
Annual budgeting.
Risk management and financial reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
3‑5 years of residential property experience.
Experience managing a lease‑up is required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Financial reporting and executive‑level communication skills.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software preferred.
