We are currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee The Two Points Crossing Apartments, a luxury apartment complex. Responsibilities
As Property Manager, you provide direct management oversight to maximize NOI and asset value. Specific duties include property management, operations, maintenance, tenant relations, support the leasing and maintenance staff, accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Three to five years of residential property experience. Strong Microsoft Office, financial reporting, and executive‑level communication skills. Preferred Skills
Experience using Yardi or a similar property management software. Residential apartment management. Compensation & Benefits
