Tapestry Station Apartments . Responsibilities
Provide direct management oversight for the property. Maximize net operating income (NOI) and asset value on behalf of the property. Manage property operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and support the maintenance and leasing staff. Handle accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study. 3–5 years of residential property experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting. Strong executive-level communication skills. Preferred: Experience using Yardi or similar property management software and residential apartment management experience. Commission eligible.
