What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect new business opportunities with small to mid-sized corporate accounts
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to account planning and deal closing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative approach
Experience selling to C-level executives and identifying business challenges
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage the sales pipeline effectively
Must be a self-starter with a growth mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred
Experience in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Eagerness to help refine sales strategies and enhance team culture
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans
Experience working across different departments to achieve shared objectives
