What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Manage accounts focused on companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota overachievement
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies using a consultative approach
Experience selling to C‑level executives and leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
Ability to develop and execute an account plan while managing change effectively
College degree preferred

Experience in the corporate sector with a background in legal, tax, or compliance solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Strong skills in cross‑departmental collaboration to achieve shared objectives
