What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to create demand for products

Drive demand creation and account management by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions

Initiate and schedule regular visits to customer facilities to promote product lines and services

Stay current on product knowledge and gain technical certifications through training and events

Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable compensation tied to specific sales-related goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience

Proven track record in sales and relationship management within the electronic component industry

Strong understanding of supply chain solutions and design processes

Ability to travel to an Arrow office location as requested

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in demand creation and technical sales within the RF, Wireless, IoT, or Power Technologies sectors

Familiarity with Arrow's supply chain solutions and product offerings

Technical certifications related to electronic components or sales

Proven ability to grow market share and sales in a competitive environment

Experience in maintaining supplier databases and design registration information
