What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to create demand for products

Focus on demand creation and relationship management, addressing technical needs of complex prospects

Conduct account management through regular customer visits and solution selling

Stay updated on product knowledge and gain technical certifications through supplier training events

Participate in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of earnings tied to specific sales-related goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience

Ability to travel to an office location as requested

Proven track record in sales and account management within the electronic component industry

Strong understanding of supply chain solutions and design processes

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Experience in demand creation within the electronic component distribution market

Technical certifications relevant to the industry

Familiarity with Arrow's franchised lines and services

Knowledge of current related technologies in the customer base
