Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals and strategies Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content focused on complex solutions and market trends Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement content Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on performance metrics and feedback What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar role Strong project management experience across diverse teams Collaborative stakeholder management and alignment experience Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles Experience using sales enablement platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Articulate Rise Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments Experience with AI capabilities to enhance sales enablement efforts We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
