What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand product and service usage within assigned territory
Manage sales accounts, prioritizing goals and opportunities to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth
Adapt sales processes and messaging to align with customer needs and buying behaviors
Conduct business reviews and maintain strong relationships with external customers
Stay current on service offerings and sales training to effectively articulate value to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales or related experience
Availability to travel up to 50%
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record
Ability to understand and discuss clinical equipment and hospital finance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a team-based selling environment
Previous experience selling services within the healthcare sector
Strong focus, persistence, and positive outlook in a sales role
Knowledge of the Challenger Sales methodology
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
