What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Attain revenue and EBITDA targets by growing market share within existing and new customer accounts
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the use of products and services in assigned territories
Manage sales accounts by prioritizing goals and sales opportunities for optimal revenue growth
Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate product benefits
Conduct business reviews and maintain strong external customer relationships through regular visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales or related experience
Must be available to travel up to 50%
Current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record
Experience in a team-based selling environment is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience selling services in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of clinical equipment found in hospital environments
Familiarity with hospital finance, reimbursement, regulatory, and safety practices
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to professionally present and convey services using various sales methodologies
